SHIPPING POLICY INFORMATION:

Domestic Shipping Guidelines:

Standard Shipping:

We offer complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping on all standard US orders.  All orders ship with a tracking number.  All orders ship from our Rhode Island warehouse.

Orders for in-stock items ship same day if placed by 2pm EST Monday through Thursday (with exception to holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm EST Monday - Wednesday (except holidays) will ship the next business day. 

Orders placed after 2pm EST Thursday - Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping service is available with UPS Next Day Air.  Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air ship same day if placed by 2pm EST Monday - Thursday.  Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day.

Pre-orders will have lead times indicated on the individual product page.

International Shipping Guidelines:

 All International orders will ship DHL International.  All shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at check out.  International delivery timelines are dependent upon the receiving country’s customs processing and postal service timelines.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost or stolen packages.

  • Peak holiday sales periods may affect these delivery windows. Please plan for additional time during prime shopping and gifting months.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns must be in their original, unworn condition and postmarked to Florin Arte Jewelry within 14 days of the jewelry being delivered to you. Please mail returns to:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees. 
  • Florin Arte recommends you ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method.
  • Refunds, exchanges and store credits are processed within ten (10) business days after receipt of package.
